I’m Maria Pulido, and I’ve been a licensed Realtor since
1987. I joined First Team Real Estate in
2015 because it’s important to be part of a strong company that has embraced
the latest technology for the benefit of my clients.
I enjoy working with all kinds of people – families,
singles, couples and empty nesters seeking to get into a smaller home. I’ve dealt all kinds of situations, too,
including helping veterans and military families, dealing with bank-owned
properties and short sales, assisting families through the probate process and
working with investors. I work in Riverside and surrounding counties, including
Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardo and San Diego – wherever my clients need me
to help them.
Most of my business comes from referrals. I enjoy keeping in
touch with families and knowing that I’ve helped them get into a home that
might be out of reach for them today. It’s satisfying to work with the children
and even grandchildren of past clients. I appreciate the trust that people put
in me.
I was brought up to value family and a strong work ethic, to
bring hope to people and to help them to live the best lives they possibly can.
I put the needs of the client first, educating them and presenting options so
that they can make the best choice that they can. My goals are to provide
personalized, individual service, to do what’s best for my clients, and to
provide an outstanding experience, regardless of the challenges each home
acquisition brings. I admire people who make a positive difference in other
people lives.
